Reflok Quality Control

Inspection is carried out at all stages of the manufacturing process. Component testing is carried out in-house on our own specially designed test fixtures which enable us to test our pipe junctions and unions to a minimum of 41 bar (600psi).

Our policy of subjecting every component to such a rigorous test procedure is an indication of our commitment to quality control and customer care. Finally, visual alignment inspections are carried out on every component before careful packing and despatch.
